Page 2 of 2 This will not be easy, it will often take time and determination, a form of reprogramming. It will likely necessitate a support group, classes and possibly a change of companions for some months. For many people this is far too much of a ‘sacrifice’ to be made. They just don’t believe it could be done. “Too much water under the bridge” they might say. For these people the only real choice would be to quit their job, venture out and find something new. This too can work very well but sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes we forget that wherever we go, there we find ourselves. The new job turns out to have all the same or similar problems as the old work. Very often it turns out that the work was never the problem; we were. In such circumstances we find ourselves quickly arriving at our only remaining life supporting option. We must make the change within. Ultimately we must decide what is truly important for us. If it is survival we only need to continue showing up in our relative states of misery. If we are seeking happiness, harmony and peace then we must do something differently than we have been doing in our search for a new life experience. The most valuable principle to remember will be; action in alignment with values. We will need to become intimately involved with our feelings and beliefs. Most important is the creation of a belief in our own capacity to make the change. So if you are one of the many who needs to, and is ready to, make the change I laud you. I acknowledge the work and know your actions are helping to establish the new order of world peace. I know that if you take these simple steps you will begin to shift your world and together we will begin to shift our world.
