Today's Spiritual Contemplation: An untended festering deep wound will eventually destroy a body. Untended deep emotional hurts will also fester and cause destruction of our souls and eventually our bodies as well. In both cases the poison must be released before the healing can begin and the healing of any relationship is the healing of our own souls. Even the smallest hurt is worthy of being voiced with love because it is the incremental small healings that truly free our souls and bring enlightenment.
