Today's Spiritual Contemplation: Absorbing all of every experience from an awakened place is about absorbing only the good from a place of knowing all is good. When the experiences that come are pain filled it is simply because we are unconsciously clinging to old and false beliefs, opinions and judgments about pain and suffering. When they reveal themselves through the experiences acknowledge them as you would your old and worn out clothing; see them, them and let them go.
