Today's Spiritual Contemplation: There is no thing more valuable to work on than a connection with life. Without that connection we become vulnerable to and even dependant upon the whims and urgencies of others. We either end up conquerors, drivers and over achievers taking from others in order to protect what we have or we become fortresses of invulnerability untouchable by the feelings of others. Eventually both of these routes lead to victims who lacking any self worth fall prey to the egocentric needs of the others.
