Today's Spiritual Contemplation: It is hard when we stand in the company of pain and fear to hold a loving intention. It is much easier to succumb to their energy and allow clouds to sour our own truth. Yet bringing love to such moments is exactly what we are called to do. It is up to me, every time, to bring love when I notice a call for love; first to my own heart and then to the wounded hearts that have touched my life.
