Today's Spiritual Contemplation: Whether we write it out on pages of paper or shed it through some digital format. The final step in release is to share that story with another human who we can trust. Only in doing this can we truly know that we are loved as we are, complete with our wounds. Only in this can we truly come to love ourselves and only through this process can we truly move into our magnificence. Only through this process can we truly become the friend we wish to have.
