Today’s Affirmation: I approach life in a new way today.

Today's Spiritual Contemplation: Each day, each moment, we all have the freedom to completely redefine ourselves.  Just because we have always acted and responded in a certain way does not mean that is who we are; it simply means that is how we have responded.  Change the way you respond and you will literally change who you are; all you need is the determination and tenacity to stay with your new sense of identification.  This determination is true vitality.
