Today's Spiritual Contemplation: The greatest challenge to a real change in thought is that it is thoroughly bound through language to the limiting ideas of our culture.  We must eliminate the conversational patterns of negativity and judgment that have become culturally accepted and expected in order to truly escape our limited experiences.
