Today’s Affirmation: I sweep out the old leaving only the gold.

There is only one true measure for thoughts, beliefs and habits and that is the measure of love.  Does this pattern increase the love in my life, does eliminating it increase the love in my life?  What would love bring to this situation?  And: How can I be the vehicle of this love now?
