Today's Spiritual Contemplation: Appreciation and gratitude are the best cures known for selfish egocentric moods.  When I find myself holding an egotistical thought I immediately look to the complex wonder of life and how, in it’s smallest of ways, it has given me abundance and joy beyond measure.
