Today's Spiritual Contemplation: All gossip is a leveraging of self either consciously or unconsciously.  It comes from a belief that it is possible to gain stature through the opinion of others.In truth this is never really possible because at our most fundamental level we are one.  Therefore all stature is an illusion that lasts only as long as someone else is willing to give their attention to the ‘gossip’s’ story.
