Today's Spiritual Contemplation: Well developed humour is not complex, it is simple.  Well developed humour does not take self seriously; it laughs at fear, not at loss. It always directs itself home to the witness and never finds a victim.  It creates avenues for healing and introspection, it is spontaneous, comes easily and often.  What do you laugh at; the colour of your shoelaces, a baby putting on a parent’s shoes, a falling star that goes up or brail on the drive through cash machine? My wish for you is that you laugh often today.
