Today's Spiritual Contemplation: It is a constant fascination to me how the mind will seek out
the most trivial problems and fixate upon them creating 90% focus on 5% issues.  It takes 
conscious mental discipline to refocus our attention to areas worthy of our attention.  The good 
news is that no possible action will pay greater dividends than a life affirming focus of thought.
