Today's Spiritual Contemplation: Laughter is wonderful when it springs from innocence. Always ask if your humour springs from simple joy or whether it is based upon someone’s pain.  If it is hurtful it will affect disharmony in our own bodies; better to heal the pain within than laugh it off on another person.
