Today's Contemplation: I have often allowed fear and doubt to hold me back from a new action only to find when I embraced it that my life was made healthier, happier and richer.  I was then left asking my self: “Why did I take so long?”  The only thing that stole my minutes of joy was fear; all my indecision was fear dressed up in justification.
