Today's Contemplation: Our feelings are constructs of our thoughts.  They are not who we are.  We can change them, we can let them go and we can replace them at will with new feelings.  How we feel is a choice because we are something greater than any feelings we have created.  And that which we are can create anything it knows simply by refocusing with diligence.
