Today’s Affirmation: I act knowing my source is alive in my afairs.

Today's Contemplation:  The first rule of engaging in the new is precisely that it is new and therefore unknown.  Whatever is truly unknown will require the development of understanding.  The development of understanding takes energy.  When I give of my energy I increase within myself the flow of energy and I grow.  As I grow that which was once challenging will become refreshingly simple.  Therefore I find excitement in the moments that I truly find difficult; I know I am growing and very much alive.
