Today’s Affirmation: I take my mind off the problem and focus all my attention on the truth; perfect God, perfect Life, perfect Me.

Today's Contemplation: How capable I am of feeling sorry for myself, when I go there I invariably compound my problems.  I make them bigger and more pervasive.  I am also capable of shifting my attention to my greater truth; my inner truth of peace, health and harmony.  When I do my problems dissolve away as if they never existed; and in truth they never did.
