Today’s Affirmation: My desire to listen stands before my need to be heard.

Today's Contemplation: I recognize that as I listen to other I feel heard, not only by the people who listen to me but by some indefinable presence within.  All that is necessary is that I be willing and act to my best upon my willingness.
