Today’s Affirmation: I take the time to listen, to really listen, today.

Today's Contemplation: There are moments when I consciously listen, they are far fewer than I would desire.  If we think we listen enough then we probably haven’t been listening to our own hearts. Like the love from where it comes there will never be enough true listening in the human life.
