Today’s Affirmation: I see the good in all and still I choose my company.  

Today's Contemplation: I remind myself often that only I can create or change my life; I do it by owning my feelings and recognizing others as showing up simply to mirror the feelings I am presently holding.  In other words they didn’t make me angry, they simply showed up to mirror the anger I had buried inside.  Once I see the feeling I can route it out and transform it.
