Today’s Affirmation: Being centred, I do not need to make myself right.

Today's Contemplation: When I am in the presence of who I am I realize my arguments will never make me any more centred nor help the other to see themselves as they are.  The biggest challenge is to catch myself in the argument and move back into my truth.
