Today’s Affirmation: I am motivated by love now and always.

Today's Contemplation:  In my experience, my growth in love allows me to move myself physically, mentally and emotionally to a higher level.  Pain vibrates at a lower level, therefore as I move up I actually move out of the realm of pain while feeling greater levels of compassion.  What once hurt me doesn’t any more, now I feel compassion.
