Today's Contemplation: We must resolve not to re-engage past conflicts if we are to free ourselves from conflict.  Lingering conflict is a habit and a habit is always a choice, it is always the choice of our ego or human self.  We can create a new experience when we consciously assert our willingness to see, and act upon, the desire for love beneath the surface of every argument.
