Today’s Affirmation: I close my eyes to the fear around me and focus on the love that moves me. 

Today's Contemplation: Fear is insidious and consuming, showing up first as doubt and anxiety, destroying all hope and promise. It can only be overcome by turning away from any and all who add to it.  Turning away from fear is always turning within to that inner silence, that inner point of love.  As we focus on the love, it grows and re-establishes dominion in our affairs. It acts according to its nature, it creates and multiplies; it literally builds the staircase as we step forward.
