Today's Spiritual Contemplation: Life is an opportunity that can never be realized until we willingly embrace our vulnerability.  It is not the universe that brings us pain;  it is always our unyielding hearts; the beliefs and opinions we cling to.  In order to grow we must move through, we must change, those beliefs.
