Today’s Affirmation: Today I will do something new.

Today's Contemplation: If we truly had no courage (meaning of the heart) to attempt anything, life would be at best a slow journey to death.  Fortunately every one of us was given the seeds of passion courage and desire.  All that is necessary is to go into this moment until all becomes silent; there we will find that passion; and with it will come all the courage necessary to move forward.
