Today’s Affirmation: Today, in gratitude, I notice how much I have.  As I make my list it just keeps growing.

Today's Contemplation: ‘Love is all there is’ the greatest teachers have always said. We are each individualizing this love through our giving and receiving.  Compassion the act of conscious giving, gratitude is the act of conscious receiving.  Everything else is a plea for more love.
