Today’s Affirmation: I honour my vulnerability, I am touchable by the love of others.

Today's Spiritual Contemplation:  In order to be touched by love the barriers must come down.  What are your barriers?  Do you believe love is limited to one person?  Do you not deserve more love or not trust yourself?  To the degree that we allow ourselves to be vulnerable we experience more 'heart-prints'; children, friends, family, significant partners and complete strangers can enrich our lives if we let them.
