Today's Contemplation: Insofar as it is a question of ‘have to’ or ‘choose to’ playing a piano is like all life.  When we convince ourselves that we have to do a thing we create a counter current of life energy, we are weakened.  When we remember that we are doing by our choice we are aligning with life forces and discover abundant energy.
