Today’s Affirmation: Today I allow myself to be healed, it is time, I let go and I let God.

Today’s Spiritual Practice: For healing to happen two things are necessary; first we must have willingness for the healing and second we must know that health already exists.  This must be so because all disease is merely a partial expression of the whole, we cannot have a part without the existence of the whole.  Therefore in the very experience of illness, perfect health is already contained.  The leaky faucet is just our persistent belief in failure.
