Today’s Affirmation: Within me always is a place of pure peace and power.  Today I go there and my life is recreated.

Today's Spiritual Practice: When we are in pain it is easy to go into the place of suffering, of poor me.  When we do this we deny ourselves the gift that comes with pain.  Admittedly it can be hard to see in the moment, still it is within our moments of pain that the doors of opportunity open to healing.
