Today’s Affirmation: Today I rise up strong declaring my place in the Light.

Today's Contemplation: Every person has an absolute right to their own measure of good in so much as it takes away from no other.  Anger in its rightful pace is the force that moves an individual out of their self made prison of fear, disease, depression and lack and back into the flow of life.  While anger is the fire that propels us forward it is useless and ultimately ineffective when directed at another.
