Today's Contemplation: When we realize that words, all words, act directly upon the cells of our bodies creating physical patterns according to their nature we will no longer need reminders to consider the words we speak.  We literally poison our own waters with our toxic words.  The great joy is in discovering the cleansing power of words of praise.
