Today’s Affirmation: Today I let go into the flow of love.

Today's Contemplation: If love can be compared to a river then all hate, anger, fear, despair and doubt, all of that stuff, would be the rocks and snags that line the shore, which we cling to.  Forgiveness is the simple act of letting go.  Still there must be the intention of letting go, we must be willing to push ourselves out into the flow of the river; else we shall just bang along and beat ourselves up on all the other rocks and branches we continue to grab at.
