Today's Contemplation: The propensity for the human mind to create an event out of an incident is in itself a phenomenon of outrageous proportions.  My practice is to let whatever ‘is’ just be what it is; I try not to interpret or label it even when the label would be ‘good’.  Instead I seek to celebrate all those small moments of no value.
