Today’s Affirmation:  I love myself just the way I am.  I am good enough and growing better.

Today's Contemplation:  Growing is never about diminishing who we are.  It is always about empowering the whole through self discovery.  I ask myself in every situation, “Can I look at this situation in a way that recognizes the loving intentions?”  In this way I continue discovering the truth.
